Gross Ned's Head?

What's in Ned's Head?

Two questions. Would you buy this game as a gift? Would you check first to see if it was manufactured in China?

It's the wacky, silly, icky, sticky game of gross-out fun.

Each player is dealt a card with a picture of a really gross item on it and they must find it by sticking their hands into Ned's head and feeling around for it without looking.

Will you have to find Ned's lab rat or his used cotton swab full of ear wax? How about the giant ant or the slimy visiting alien? Whatever it is, if you pick the right item, you win that round, if you don't, it's back into Ned's head you go.

The game includes:

* 1 plush, 17 inch Ned's head

* 15 silly objects

* Game cards with blanks (so you can add your own items to Ned's head)

* Instructions

Toy Containing Date-Rape Drug Pulled (Aqua Dots)

clipped from money.aol.com
Millions of Chinese-made toys for children have been pulled from shelves in North America and Australia after scientists found they contain a chemical that converts into a powerful date rape drug when ingested. Two children in the U.S. and three in Australia were hospitalized after swallowing the beads.
Millions of Aqua Dots art sets were recalled on Nov. 7 after several children in the U.S. and Australia were hospitalized. The toys contain beads coated with a chemical that converts into a powerful date rape drug when ingested.
Scientists say a chemical coating on the beads, when ingested, metabolizes into the so-called date rape drug gamma hydroxy butyrate. When eaten, the compound - made from common and easily available ingredients - can induce unconsciousness, seizures, drowsiness, coma and death.
The two U.S. children who swallowed Aqua Dot beads went into nonresponsive comas, commission spokesman Scott Wolfson said Wednesday afternoon.

American Gangster's A Direct Hit

In "American Gangster," time doesn't fly, it explodes.

The thing is 2 1/2 hours long; it feels like 40 minutes.

Drug lord Frank Lucas, played by Denzel Washington, strolls the streets of Harlem in Ridley Scott's film, also starring Russell Crowe as honest cop Richie Roberts.

Whether it's the next great American crime movie or simply this year's professional stunner will be determined over the next few months. For now, it's enough to say that the story of the rise and fall of an African American drug kingpin is relentlessly told by the English director Ridley Scott ("Gladiator," "Black Hawk Down"); it just keeps on coming.

Starring Denzel Washington as Frank Lucas, a beneath-the-radar Harlem heroin impresario who puts together an astonishing organization before anyone notices, and Russell Crowe as Richie Roberts, the Jersey detective who tracks him, the movie has the aspirations of a crime-and-punishment epic, a superb feel for time and milieu and an almost subliminal feel for myth.

Washington is brilliant.
He makes you fear Frank.

Yet he also makes you love Frank.
